Silent Hill 2 remake asset pack

You need a program called blender to open the .blend files. Make sure the version you have of it isn't too old, the oldest version I opened these files on was 3.6. In blender you can inspect and edit the textures, there's also animations you can swap, in the images below you can see how you can change out the animations
